TWT recently hosted an unforgettable evening to officially unveil the first stage of The Collective, a brand new mixed-use development located between the bustling, high-growth suburbs of St Leonards and Crows Nest. The event, held at the newly opened display suite on Atchison Street, offered guests a first look at this innovative project that centres around the artistic expression of modern living.
Over 200 guests including local residents, industry leaders, and prospective buyers were treated to a night of art, culture, and community. From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed in with live music by the elegant and talented duo, Vixen Strings. As guests continued to explore the display suite, ballerinas gracefully moved through the crowd, dazzling everyone with their effortless poise. There was even an opportunity for attendees to have live illustrator, Anastasia, draw up their full-body portrait in a creative style that demonstrated how art is a core component of The Collective.
One of the most captivating moments of the night was the curtain drop that unveiled the never-before-seen, comprehensive 3D model of what the development will look like upon completion. The model offers viewers a detailed look at the layout for The Collective, showcasing plans for sophisticated mixed-use retail and commercial spaces that will contribute amenity and vibrancy to the local area.
The model is housed in the display suite, which is now open to the public to see for themselves, while also experiencing a walk-through journey of the quality fixtures and finishes that can be expected from these new apartments.
On the night of the unveiling, TWT’s General Manager, Gavin Zhang, delivered a speech that told the story of the broader vision behind The Collective, and explained the project’s focus on creativity and community.
Another highlight from the event was the opportunity for guests to view an interactive digital art installation by teamLab titled ‘Flowers and People – A Whole Year Per Hour’, which mesmerised guests with its fluid movement, blooming flowers, and ethereal soundscapes. Representing the beauty in nature’s changing seasons, the work is a part of TWT founder Tina Tian’s private collection.
From live music to visual and performance art, it’s clear that The Collective is a place where creativity and community are woven into the everyday lived experience.
TWT invites you to explore and envision life in this dynamic space at The Collective display suite at 64 Atchison Street, open 10am – 4pm Wednesday to Sunday. For more details on pricing and availability visit The Collective website.
