The Collective St Leonard Construction Update October 2023

We bring exciting news as the early works of our new St Leonards Project The Collective are completed! Chalouhi completes demolition, site remediation, shoring and bulk excavation at the site. The team have drilled a total of 82 piles, poured the capping beam, drilled a total of 198 anchors and shotcrete sprayed a total area of 2082 sqm along the perimeter wall taking the new project site to now 15m below ground level.
