TWT Funds Management Has Another Successful Year in 2017

TWT Funds Management business (AFSL 449005) has had another successful year in 2017, and is expecting to have close to $40m under management at the start of 2018.

In July this year, TWT completed a capital raising of $20m for its newly launched TWT Bondi Junction Fund, providing investors an opportunity to be part of the exciting New Life Bondi Junction development.

The TWT Loan Fund continued to grow during the year and expects further inflows in the next few months to the Fund, and is delivering the target return to its investors for the 2017 financial year, as audited by KPMG.

Along with the TWT Projects team; TWT continues its strategy of delivering specialised wholesale real estate investment and development funds for local and overseas wholesale investors – with a new fund currently in development for 2018.
