NewLife Pyrmont Construction Update July 2020

The TWT team is delighted to share with you our latest construction update for NewLife Pyrmont Terraces. Significant progress has been made on the construction of 11 unique, luxury terraces at NewLife Pyrmont Terraces for the past few months.

Facade works including roofing and window are nearing completion to achieve water tightness
All ceiling and wall linings are 95% complete as part of internal fitout
Internal finishes including flooring and joinery has commenced
Services Rough-in is completed ready for fit-off once finishes are complete
Authorities works have commenced on footpaths and road. Public domain works to follow once authorities connect works are complete
Construction Certification is received for all stages of Construction from PCA
All required insurances are held and in order

The target completion has now been revised to the end of November 2020.
