The Role:
- Coordinate and support marketing and advertising campaigns, including project launches, digital promotions, and events.
- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various channels (social media, website, brochures).
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating effectively with external consultants, agencies, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and track engagement metrics.
- Support email marketing efforts and CRM management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to help refine marketing strategies.
- Assist in organizing events and promotional activities, including media relations and partnerships.
- Maintain and update all marketing and sales support materials, including promotional documents and other resources, ensuring they are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
Experience/Requirements:
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar roles, ideally within real estate or property development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- Understanding of content creation, copywriting, and branding.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus.
