White Rhino Artspace is excited to present the group exhibition, Reimagining Rust by Primrose Paper Artists, exploring the fragility of paper with the colours of strength.
Reimagining Rust

In Reimagining Rust the oxidation process of rust is captured, secretly nibbling fragile paper and flaming it with earthy and rich colours. Rust is usually something people want to remove, but the artists in Reimagining Rust have chosen to keep it alive.
“ … when oxidation nibbles more slowly – more delicately, like a tortoise – at the world around us, without a flame, we call it rust and we sometimes scarcely notice as it goes about its business consuming everything from hairpins to whole civilisations.”
Alan Bradley, A Red Herring without Mustard
Exhibition Opening Hours:
Wednesday to Friday 10am to 4pm
Saturday and Sunday 10am to 2pm
