Construction works are progressing well with 40,000 cubic meters of soil excavated and removed from site completing the bulk excavation. On the West side adjoining Bulwara Road, three levels above ground have been constructed, using 5,500 cubic meters of concrete poured and 570 tonnes of reinforcement steel. In addition, the East side adjacent to Harris Street is complete to ground level. The next phase of work is continuing with the construction of the upper levels.
