Construction has commenced at the highly-anticipated NewLife Darling Harbour residential development just minutes from the glittering waters of the western end of the harbour, which is currently undergoing a $1 billion facelift that will see the construction of a new hotel, updated retail offerings and a new amphitheatre at Cockle Bay.
The development will be completed by multi-awarding winning, Sydney-based Parkview, which is headquartered in nearby Pyrmont and has a long history of building some of Sydney’s most iconic masterplanned communities and currently manages the delivery of a portfolio of projects that exceeds $1 billion in value.

Comprising 200 apartments within a nine-storey building designed by acclaimed architectural firm Architectus following a design competition, NewLife Darling Harbour is on track for completion at the end of 2018.
The project also includes penthouse residences and two exclusive two-storey terrace homes with private, street level, security access and secure underground car spaces.
The development will feature a large open-air courtyard area at its heart, ground floor cafe, restaurant and gallery or retail space, a rooftop communal vegetable garden as well as a purpose-built pedestrian laneway beautified with artworks which will connect Harris Street to Bulwara Road.
All apartments are designed with balconies, with some featuring panoramic views to the Sydney CBD and others offering sweeping northern district views to the iconic Anzac Bridge. Prices start from $1.47 million for a spacious two-bedroom apartment and $1.86 million for a three-bedroom residence, while the final terrace home is priced at $2.4 million.
