A New Year and A New Life!

With the first discovery of Pyrmont Yellow Block sandstone in nearly two decades; the early excavation of TWT’s NewLife Pyrmont project has uncovered about 20,000 tons of yellow block sandstone.

It is an exciting discovery, and one where TWT has a strong commitment to ensuring the smooth extraction of this high-quality sandstone, providing a substantial reserve for the City of Sydney, to assist in the restoration of some of Sydney’s most important historic buildings, including Sydney University’s main building, St. Mary’s Cathedral and Museum of Contemporary Art.
