Our Vision

At TWT Property Group we see ourselves not just as developers, but as curators of community.

We see our buildings as more than just structures of steel and glass. From our boutique residences to our lively precincts and the considered architecture that underpins every TWT project, artistic expression is the mainstay of our work.

As a leading Australian property developer, championing the highest standards of quality and vision, we seek to craft meaningful and beautiful spaces, enriching the lives of those who embrace the legacy of our work.

Art enriches our buildings
and the lives of those who live in them.

You’ll see it in the foyers, in the design, in
street art and in the culture we foster.

You’ll feel it in the environment, in the experience of living in our buildings and in the sense of community spirit that our projects promote.

We want everyone to be a part of something more, something better

– where our carefully curated projects and creative community spaces encourage residents, artists and visitors to grow and thrive alongside each other and urban landscape.

TWT Property Group is proud to be different from other developers within the industry. Always striving to infuse art into architecture and into the very fabric of our communities, we breathe a sense of life and vibrancy into the areas in which we operate.

CREATIVE PRECINCT CREATIVE PRECINCT

Today TWT Creative Precinct is one of the Lower North Shore’s most inspiring developments, home to more than 70 art studios, galleries, multi-media firms, rehearsal rooms, recording studios, artists and performers.

At TWT Property Group we see ourselves as more than just developers. We’re also dedicated patrons of the arts. Our passion for enlivening local communities through creative and artistic expression was the fundamental driving force behind our Creative Precinct initiative back in 2014.

Dedicating 4,000 square metres of subsidised commercial space to artists and creative businesses, across three blocks between Atchison and Chandos Street in St Leonards, TWT Property Group has cultivated a supportive and enriching artistic space in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Today TWT Creative Precinct is one of the Lower North Shore’s most inspiring developments, home to more than 70 art studios, galleries, multi-media firms, rehearsal rooms, recording studios, artists and performers.
