Grande encompasses a boutique collection of 11 beautifully crafted terrace homes of varying multi-level layouts. An architectural language that’s both subtle and elegantly proportioned has resulted in dramatic, voluminous spaces.

These are enhanced by bespoke interiors from DBI that sensitively reference the area’s unique industrial heritage. Upper level living spaces and balconies allow for an intimate connection to the harbour and Pyrmont Bay landscape from the vantage point of a private realm.

With spectacular panoramic views across Sydney, NewLife’s rooftop garden is an oasis in the sky. Designed with a vision of bringing the community together through shared space, this creates a sense that the building and landscape are one.

Considered curated art will enhance the lives of residents and visitors alike in the lobby of NewLife Bondi Junction, with artworks by national and international contemporary artists as a feature.

Workshopping ideas, the architectural team played with long ribbons in the office and watched the way the air danced across them, creating dynamic motion.

T1’s exterior design drew from this kinetic real-life ribbon play, taking the shape of fine layers of fabric that appear to ‘dress up’ the building.

A work of art was born.
